Who is responsible

The data controller for this site is Julio Alvarez, on behalf of Destroy Your Spirit (DYS), Milan. For anything about your data, write to info@destroyyourspir.it.

RSVP

When you RSVP we store your name, surname, email address and the date and time you submitted the form.

Why: to manage the guest list and, if needed, contact you about the event you signed up for.
Legal basis: handling the request you made by filling in the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
How long: 12 months, then it is deleted automatically.
Your RSVP does not add you to the newsletter and is not used for marketing.

If you sign up to the newsletter we store your email address to send you DYS dates and announcements.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
How long: until you unsubscribe. To be removed, email info@destroyyourspir.it.

Who handles the data

We do not sell or share your data. This site, the RSVP list and the newsletter list are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the data on our behalf. Both lists are stored in the EU. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare also processes technical data such as your IP address.

Cloudflare is a US company, so some data may be processed outside the EU. Where that happens it is covered by safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@destroyyourspir.it and we will sort it out.
